Job Overview
ENPULSION is looking for a Communication Magician / Content Tumbler (f/m/x) to join our Marketing & Sales team. In this role, you will act as a central communication hub, transforming internal insights, technical developments, and market signals into clear, engaging, and consistent messaging across our platforms. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and external stakeholders to create compelling content, support customer communication, and ensure alignment in how we present our story. By keeping communication flows active, relevant, and human, you will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence, supporting commercial initiatives, and enabling effective collaboration both internally and with our customers.
Your profile
Key Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day communication on selected platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, website news, newsletters, event comms, internal channels).
- Keep the content flow active, fresh, and aligned with our brand voice.
- Proactively collect internal news (product updates, wins, milestones, events, people stories), and external signals (industry trends, customer activities, ecosystem news).
- Translate complex technical or commercial topics into clear, accessible messages.
- Maintain active nexus and cooperation with customers’ marketing & communication teams, and external partners where relevant.
- Support mutual communication, joint announcements, success stories, and coordinated messaging.
- Ensure outward communication aligns with approved messaging, sales priorities, and product reality.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to support campaigns, events, launches, and deal with the right content at the right time.
- Be a trusted execution partner, not a gatekeeper.
- Keep the communication wheel turning regularly, reliably, and creatively.
- Improve processes for collecting inputs, drafting content, and publishing.
Type of contract: Full-time position with 38.5 hours/week, or part-time position.
Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2,918.34 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 h/week), with a planned significant overpayment of EUR 3,800-4,200 depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
Your profile:
- 2–5 years in communication, content, marketing, or a similar hands-on role.
- Comfortable creating content directly (you don’t wait for perfect input).
- Excellent English language skills, any additional language knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in B2B is a plus, tech, space, engineering, or complex industries is a strong plus.
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders across teams and companies.
- Naturally curious, you like asking questions and digging for stories.
- Clear communicator who enjoys turning complexity into something readable.
- Well-organized multitasker who can juggle multiple content threads.
- Socially confident and collaborative.
- Comfortable working close to Sales.
- Hands-on experience with content creation and design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.
- You’re not loud for the sake of being loud — you’re intentional, sharp, and human.
