Job Overview
ENPULSION is looking for Strategic Finance Assistant (f/m/x) to join our finance team. In this role, you will support the CFO and executive management in key areas such as finance, governance, strategy, risk and project management. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support & monitor strategic initiatives, ensure alignment across functions, and support effective decision-making at the highest level of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Assistance to the CFO in coordinating and monitoring group-wide projects initiatives.
- Support to the CFO in the analysis of strategic options, business cases and investment decisions.
- Supporting the preparation of a solid decision basis for day-to-day management decisions.
- Preparing, coordinating and following up on board, supervisory board and management meetings, including reports, presentations and executive-level decision documents.
- Linking the analysis of financial and qualitative company data to gain deeper insights into relevant performance, liquidity, value drivers, and risks as needed on an Ad-Hoc basis.
- Supporting an effective communication flow in the dynamic day-to-day business including administrative tasks.
Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 3,654.05 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 h/week), with a planned significant overpayment of EUR 4,000-5,000 depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
Your profile
- Relevant professional experience in financial or business strategy, with a strong understanding of key financial principles.
- Completed business or commercial education with sound financial knowledge and business management understanding.
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel), experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Initial experience in financial modelling and forecasting, as well as the ability to use data analysis for decision-making and strategic recommendations.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and execution skills combined with an analytical, structured, and independent working style.
- High level of discretion with a strong sense for stakeholder needs and dynamics.
Ideal Skills
- Previous experience in a consulting environment is a strong advantage.
