Job Overview

ENPULSION is looking for a Product Owner (f/m/x) to join our Engineering team. In this role you will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy while ensuring seamless alignment across engineering, business development, and marketing teams. You will translate customer and stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, manage the product backlog, and oversee timely, high-quality delivery. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires strong technical understanding, prioritization skills, and cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Define, maintain and communicate the product roadmap in alignment with company’s strategic goals.
  • Translate customer and stakeholder needs into well-defined product requirements.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.
  • Monitor and analyze product KPIs and performance data to guide continuous improvement and future iterations.
  • Take full ownership of the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization based on business value, feasibility, and dependencies.
  • Write and refine user stories with precise acceptance criteria, facilitating smooth handover to development teams.
  • Create and maintain product timelines to ensure consistent execution and optimal use of team resources.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering team to guide development and resolve blockers.
  • Partner with business development and marketing teams to align product features with market demand.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collect, evaluate and integrate stakeholder and customer feedback to refine priorities and maximize product value.

Type of contract:
Full-time position with 38.5 hours/week

Salary: 
The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2.855,52 gross per month, with a planned significant overpayment of EUR 4.000-4.500 gross per month, depending on your professional experience and qualifications.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in product ownership or product management, ideally within aerospace, automotive, or other high-criticality hardware industries.
  • Solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical design principles.
  • Proven experience working in agile development environments, with familiarity in backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Foundational knowledge of firmware and software development processes.
  • Familiarity with engineering processes such as NCRs, release processes, etc.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance technical depth with strategic and operational thinking.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and PLM systems.
