Job Overview

Join ENPULSION as a Customer Success Engineer: On-Orbit Support (f/m/x) and support our customers throughout their spacecraft missions - from integration and testing to on-orbit operations. You’ll act as the key technical partner, ensuring smooth product performance, clear communication, and successful mission outcomes in the fast-growing space industry. This position can be based in Vienna, Austria or Toulouse, France.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for project- and program management of key customers.
  • Support customers with integration and operation of ENPULSION products.
  • Provide technical support in the Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT).
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of ground support equipment.
  • Manage and facilitate customer tests and workshops.
  • Initiate, actively support and report on non-conformance processes and anomaly reviews in accordance with established processes.
  • Analyze and review on-orbit telemetry, focusing on operator command sequences and thruster anomalies.
  • Automate telemetry analysis with Python scripts.
  • Recommend strategies and operational parameters based on telemetry and product performance.
  • Provide on-orbit operations support to ensure products perform optimally in space.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and well-written technical documentation.

Type of contract:
Full time position with 38.5 hours/week 

Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2.855,52 gross per month, with a planned significant overpayment of 3500-4000 depending on your professional experience and qualifications.

Your profile

  • Technical or scientific education (FH/University/UAS/HTL), ideally a Master’s in Engineering, Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in aerospace or a related industry
  • Understanding of electric propulsion systems used for satellite mobility is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Python programming language.
  • Solid understanding of electronics design and operation.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes desirable.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong ability to explain complex technical issues to customers clearly and concisely.
  • Willingness to travel to customer facilities as needed.
  • Proactive, organized, and disciplined approach to independent work.
  • Passionate about contributing to a fast-growing business and high-performing team.
