Job description: This position will support our Marketing team and includes the following activities:

• Planning and organization of events, congresses and fairs (attendance as well as hosting)

• Correspondence and establishing contacts with external partners (event organizers, exhibition managers, suppliers and their teams)

• Preparing event contracts, organize shipping arrangements to and from event venues, be on top of your deadlines

• Ordering of merchandising materials and working on analog and digital projects

• Preparing documents, presentations, and reports and assisting our Marketing Manager

Your Qualification:

• Completed education (or ongoing higher education)

• Hands-on mentality, ability to keep a cool head

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Fluent in English, Knowledge of French preferable

• Any additional language is a plus

This position entails a gross salary according to the collective bargaining agreement (minimum EUR 2.373,95) and may significantly increase based on qualification and experience.

Type of Contract: Full time position; 38.5 hours/week
