Job Description: After a thorough training period, you lead the CSM team and support strategic projects as well as taking over the following tasks:

  • Working closely with the customers throughout all phases of their mission (from Purchase order to end-of-life decommissioning of the spacecraft)
  • Supporting the Sales team in customer communication, identifying and developing any potential cross or upselling opportunities
  • Being the main point of contact for the project/program management
  • Ensuring appropriate ENPULSION resources are brought to bear to service the customer in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner
  • Provide after-sales service
  • Managing, developing and improving ground support equipment and facilitate conduction of customer tests, including customer workshops

Your Requirements:

  • Completed technical education (university, UAS or similar).
  • +3 years of experience in a technical environment, preferable in aerospace, automotive or rail industry.
  • Interest in Sales processes and developing customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, motivated personality with a readiness to travel around the globe.
  • Very good knowledge of English, additional foreign languages preferable.
