Job Description:
Your main responsibility will be to secure and improve the quality of our products together with your colleagues within the ENPULSION quality team, overseeing all related quality aspects including:

  • Conduction and supervision of key inspection points (KIPs) in the production process
  • Execution of final inspections of our thrusters, including the preparation for shipping and the associated documentation
  • Managing non-conformities and improvement proposals
  • Taking care of quality-related documentation
  • Conducting internal audits and monitoring the health and safety standards in our production
  • Supervision of maintenance and calibration activities of our production equipment
  • Participation in continuous improvement projects
  • Work closely with production and product management

Your Requirements:
Education (HTL/FH/University) in technical engineering, industrial and mechanical engineering or similar. First experience with quality or product assurance is preferable. An understanding of and experience in the space, automotive or aerospace industry is preferred.

We look for a proactive, disciplined, motivated and reliable person with strong attention to detail and analytical skills, the ability to grasp issues quickly and to work in a team. An in-depth understanding of the English and German language verbally and in writing is a must.

This position entails a gross salary according to the collective bargaining agreement (minimum EUR 2.108,09) and may significantly increase based on qualification and experience.
