Job description: With this position, you are responsible for Project Controlling and Document Management, including:

• Define prevailing standards to generate project overview

• Generate KPIs for project managers

• Ensure correct documentation handling

• Establish archiving transparency for the company

Your qualifications:

• Advanced studies in Aerospace Engineering/Electrical Engineering or other comparable normative working industries or
• Advanced studies in Economics with experience in product development environments
• Creativity in regards to generating transparent KPIs
• Experience with MS PPT, Excel and Atlassian
• Fluent English is required, German would be a plus

Nice-to-have skills: 

• First experience in Project Controlling
• Experience in Document Management
• Know-How in process orientated working
• Interest in technical, contractual and commercial matters in the space industry

Type of contract: Part-time employment, 20 hours/week.
This position entails a gross salary according to the collective bargaining agreement (minimum EUR 1,335.00 on a 20 hours per week basis).
