Job description: Your main responsibility will be to implement ENPULSION’s global marketing strategy in close cooperation with key stakeholders, overseeing all related aspects including:

• Create an online strategy for ENPULSION, integrating all possible channels.

• Responsible for content generation on ENPULSIONs webpage and publication on social media channels.

• Maintain marketing databases (e.g. customers, competitors, knowledge database, etc.) including some support for marketing promotions in CRM.

• valuate and work to improve important marketing metrics .

• Content creation on marketing materials (e.g. brochures, letters to customers, etc.) and PR communications in coordination with the Technical department.

• Maintaining relationships with media.

• Coordinate joint marketing activities with key customers and suppliers.

• Other marketing tasks such as Event Management, Market Research, Internal Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, etc.

Your Qualification:

• 4 + years of professional experience in B2B marketing.

• Fluent in English (German is a big plus).

• Experience with working with other departments to extract Marketing results from complex technical projects.

• Decisive, proactive hands-on mentality and able to motivate, inspire, and lead cross teams to leverage resources effectively.

This position entails a gross salary according to the collective bargaining agreement (minimum EUR 2.438,06) and may significantly increase based on qualification and experience.
