Type of contract: Full time position; 38.5 hours/week

Job Description: Your main responsibility will be to support our CSM team with your technical expertise:

• Working closely with the customers throughout all phases of their mission (from Purchase order to end-of-life decommissioning of the spacecraft)
• Supporting the Sales team in customer communication
• Supporting as contact for the project/program management
• Provide after-sales service
• Managing, developing and improving ground support equipment and facilitate conduction of customer tests, including customer workshops

Your Requirements:

• Completed technical education (university, UAS or similar).
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical environment, preferable in aerospace, automotive or rail industry.
• Interest in Sales processes and developing customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive, motivated personality with a readiness to travel around the globe.
• Very good knowledge of English, additional foreign languages preferable.
