Job Description: As a member of our Finance & Controlling team, your role includes these activities:

• Conduct and improve the company-wide budgeting & forecasting process
• Maintain and optimize the company’s internal and external reporting
• Drive internal improvement projects (especially regarding the development of information structures and processes) and contribute to company-wide projects
• Analyze the company’s value flow (engineering & manufacturing) and provide insights for optimization to management
• Support the team with ad-hoc activities (e.g. creation of complex data queries)
• Provide expert opinions and support in controlling matters

Your Qualification:

• Academic Degree in Business (Controlling/Accounting desirable)
• 3+ years experience in a controlling function within a manufacturing company
• Proficiency with ERP systems (BMD is a plus), BI tools and a keen understanding of digitalization in the production environment
• Commercial process understanding, enthusiasm for optimization and innovation, strong analytical skills
• High affinity for numbers and digital processes, coupled with commitment, conscientiousness and precision
• Project management skills

This position entails a gross salary according to the collective bargaining agreement (minimum EUR 2.977,96) and may significantly increase based on qualification and experience.

Type of Contract: Full time position; 38.5 hours/week
